The odd thing is, the songs that came already downloaded with the game won't freeze the tuning screen, when you're done tuning, it just transfers to the song like it should? Like I said, I feel like I've learned more about computers than guitars recently trying to get all this to work together. It will still play out of the amps on the screen, but won't move off the screen? I have to go to Task Manager to close the game out and start over again. You can see that is wants to switch back to the game, but hesitates. But now when I download a song from Customsforge and try to play it, the screen will freeze at the tuning screen as soon as the tuning is completed. I'm sure I did something wrong, long story short, 4 hours later I had uninstalled and reinstalled everything. Yesterday, I went to download another song. (I see that here a lot) Anyway, at first it all went well, I downloaded 3 songs, played them for awhile.

No minidump file is generated- it appears the crash happens immediatelyĢ.) it does not matter if you are actually connected via the Wireless RF Dongle, only that it is plugged in. However, if the wireless dongle is connected, Rocksmith 2014 will instantly crash from the white screen. The mouse works fine when connected via USB Cable or using Bluetooth. The mouse can connect in three ways: (1) USB cable, (2) Bluetooth, (3) Proprietery 2.4 Ghz Wireless RF USB Dongle. I recently purchased an ASUS ROG Chakram mouse. What’s the price of the import in the UK?Īnyway, I’ll be subbing here and letting you guys know how I’m getting on every so often. This is a partial follow up to a previous topic FYI: Rocksmith 2014 Remastered Crashes when (ASUS) Bluetooth USB Stick plugged, information for the Dev team to diagnose and maybe fix the problem (either for 2014 or in anticipation of Rocksmith+) Looking at the track list for the original game I’m thinking it’ll definitely be worth trying to get hold of a copy somehow and doing the import, looks like there’s a lot of great songs on there, might see how I get on with the ones I’ve got first though. The most useful thing for me is probably going to be muscle memory for chords, and getting quicker at switching between them. Hopefully this is going to arrive tomorrow and I’ll be able to get stuck in, can’t wait to try it out. At least this way it’s fairly easy to have it all set up in the living room. Should have picked it up on Steam now I’ve seen that there’s custom tracks you can add, but never mind.

Anyway I’m getting to the stage where I’m kind of wanting some structured practice going on so I ordered Rocksmith 2014 for the PS3 yesterday. So far in my classes we’ve learned scales and chords for C, G, D and A, so I can sort of very slowly strum along to Hotel Yorba and Bad Moon Rising, haha. Hey everyone, I’ve had an acoustic electric for years (my brother let me have an old one of his) and always told myself that I’d learn guitar someday, a combination of rapidly approaching my 30th birthday and group lessons starting out where I live has actually got me to dust the thing off and give it a proper go.
